Censeo is a web-based digital questionnaire that significantly reduces clinical triage and assessment time for a wide range of mental health disorders.

Censeo automatically generates a mental health report
Once the assessment is completed by the patient/service user, Censeo immediately produces a unique informational report.
The report includes:
- A summary of possible conditions and the likelihood of their presence;
- information on current risks flagged by algorithms;
- relevant factors impacting mental health status; and
- an overview of reported symptoms and severity markers.
This is then used by clinicians to support more accurate and consistent decisions, and reduces the time on assessment.
