For clinicians

Patient convenience

Patients complete the assessment online at a time and place of their choosing and only answer a range of questions which are personalised by algorithms so that the user only has to answer questions that are relevant to them.

Streamlining mental health assessments

On completion of the Censeo questionnaire by the patient an informational clinical report is automatically and immediately generated and securely sent to the referring clinician.

Key Benefits

  • Patients complete at time and place of their choosing.
  • Online completion results in greater patient honesty.
  • Increases accuracy of clinical decision making.
  • Creates efficiencies and reduces cost.
  • Improves patient experience and outcomes.
  • The assessment covers all questions that would be asked in a mental health assessment.

Censeo automatically generates a mental health report

Once the assessment is completed by the patient/service user, Censeo immediately produces a unique informational report.

The report includes:

  • A summary of possible conditions and the likelihood of their presence;
  • information on current risks flagged by algorithms;
  • relevant factors impacting mental health status; and
  • an overview of reported symptoms and severity markers.

This is then used by clinicians to support more accurate and consistent decisions, and reduces the time on assessment.

Censeo is based upon gold standard methods

The questions are based on:

  • ICD-11 and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
  • National Institute for Clinical Excellence guidance
  • United Kingdom Mental Health Triage Scales (MHTS)
  • Psychological and social factors which impact on mental health
  • Continuous feedback from users and clinicians
