Helping people get the mental health support they need sooner
Censeo is a web-based digital questionnaire that significantly reduces clinical triage and assessment time for a wide range of mental health disorders.
Patients complete the assessment online at a time and place of their choosing and only answer a range of questions which are personalised by algorithms so that the user only has to answer questions that are relevant to them.
On completion of the Censeo questionnaire by the patient an informational clinical report is automatically and immediately generated and securely sent to the referring clinician.
Once the assessment is completed by the patient/service user, Censeo immediately produces a unique informational report.
The report includes:

As of today Censeo is only available for beta testing by clinicians to personally trial the questionnaire for themselves. We aim to release a widely available commercial version of Censeo soon. Should you be a clinician and have interest in making Censeo available to your patients then email us at censeo@incitehealth.com.au and we shall reach out to you when it's time.
Censeo can be ordered directly by a patient, their doctor or healthcare provider. The Censeo report may only be delivered to the doctor or healthcare provider. Censeo is solely used to provide or support a recommendation to a health professional about mental health conditions, and it does not replace the clinical judgement of a health professional in relation to making a clinical diagnosis or decision about the treatment of patients.

Your data is protected by electronic and administrative safeguards to secure the information we collect.
